These terms apply to made-to-order purchases from the OGBurnout Store.

Products

Store items are custom or made-to-order 3D printed products. Colors, finish, and minor print details can vary slightly from listing photos because each item is produced individually.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD. Shipping is calculated during checkout, and payment is completed through PayPal before production or fulfillment is finalized.

Shipping

Orders ship from the USA. Shipping costs are based on the cart contents and available USPS flat-rate packaging.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change shipping details or have an issue with an order, reach out as soon as possible through the store contact options. Requests can only be addressed before shipment or while the order is still in progress.

Issues with an order

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the store with your order ID and a short description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
